What To Expect

Every class at The Yoga Society (formerly Haute Yoga) is open to students of all levels. Come as you are – brand new to yoga or years of experience behind you. Each experience will be new and there will always be someone you can follow (ask your teacher to direct you to a spot where a seasoned practitioner lies).

Although many yoga classes can be physically challenging, students will find our yoga room to be a non-judgmental environment. Classes range from 60 minutes to 75 minutes during the week, and up to 90 minutes on Saturdays. We are a mostly heated power vinyasa studio, between 85-94 degrees Fahrenheit and supplement our “hot” classes with other classes like yin, ashtanga, hatha, restorative, and anusara.

What should you expect when you arrive?

You will sweat. Bring a towel, water, and a mat.  We have refreshments for purchase, and you can purchase mats at WPB for only $20.

As you enter our practice room you will learn to quiet your mind, engage your body, open your heart, steady your breath as you flow with us!

All levels are welcome.
